NUTRYEAST- 100 is a yeast nutrient for use in molasses fermentation. It is a proprietary blend of various types of nitrogen and trance minerals to provide yeast with the correct nutrient balance for growth and reproduction

Application:NUTRYEAST- 100 can be added to the yeast propagator or to the fermentator at the start of filling or when 1/3rd to 1/2 of sugar is consumed and yeast budding begins to decline. Dosage:50 ppm to 75 ppm. Storage: Store in Cool and dry place on wooden pallet away from direct sunlight.

NUTRYEAST- 102

NUTRYEAST- 102 is a proprietary blend of yeast nutrients that promotes yeast cell propagation, thus promoting an active and efficient ethanol fermentation.

Promotes yeast cell propagation and viability.

Aid building the cell mass during propagation.

Promotes consistent fermentation and yields.

Can be used in batch or continuous fermentation.

Application:FERMICIDE- B1060 Should be added during the fermentation phase of ethanol production.Normal dose is 10-20 ppm depending upon contamination. Consult us for determination of actual dosage for specific fermentation system.

FERMAPERSE

FERMAPERSE is a dispersant of high performance. It reduces the surface tension of the medium allowing the formation of foam with low resistance and therefore reduces the consumption of defoamer/ anti-foaming agent/ TRO.

Solubility: Dispersible in water

pH: 6.5 to 8.5

Application:
Batch Process:Use in the propagation tank at a dose of 0.2 - 0.5 kg per 1000 liter mash.
Or
Dose during the beginning of the tank fill at 5kg to 10 kg per one lakh liter of mash.
Continuous Process: Dose in the first fermenter at the rate of 5kg to 10kg per one lakh liters of mash.
