SUCROQUAT

SUCROQUAT is highly effective cationic quaternary ammonium based broad spectrum micro biocide for sugar mill sanitation. Standard product is available with 50% active content but it can be tailor made to suit customer requirements.

Dosage: 3 to 5 ppm of cane crushed depending upon the extent of contamination.

Application: SUCROQUAT is very concentrated product. It should be diluted prior to usage in the ratio of 1:4 with ordinary water. The addition point is on the tandem over basis to achieve maximum sanitization.

Storage: Store on the wooden pallet in cool and dry place away from direct sun light. Avoid contact with acidic quaternary compound acidic oxidizing agents.

Packing: 35 kg / 50 kg HDPE carboys.

SUCROMATE

SUCROMATE mill sanitation is dithiocarbamate based biocide used in sugar mill sanitation. Standard product is available with 40% active content but it can be tailor made to suit customer requirements. It is effective against all types of micro-organisms found in cane juice.

Dosage: 7 to 10 ppm of cane crushed depending upon the extent of contamination.

Application: The doses will be split between the crushed juice and the juice from the last mill. The best addition point is to juice which is circulating back to the previous mill. Do not add this product to the maceration tank.

Storage: Store on the wooden pallet in cool and dry place away from direct sun light. Avoid contact with acidic quaternary compound acidic oxidizing agents.

SUCROCIDE

SUCROCIDE is highly effective oxidising biocide used for mill sanitation in sugar industry. It is a broad spectrum biocide effective against gram positive and gram negative bacteria. It can be used in integrated mill sanitation program.

Dosage: 20 to 25 ppm of cane crushed depending upon the extent of contamination.

Application: The doses will be split between the crusher juice and the juice from the last mill. The best addition point is to juice which is circulating back to the previous mill. Do not add this product to the maceration tank.
