FERMICIDE- A1050

FERMICIDE- A1050 is a proprietary combination of Anti-microbial agents which is very effective against wide range of common fermentation contaminants.

Features:

Greater inhibition at lower dose.

Prevents development of resistance in contaminants due to multiple modes of action.

Eliminates contaminating bacteria

Reduces yeast stress.

Prevents competition for glucose by eliminating contaminants.

Increases alcohol yield.

Application: FERMICIDE- A1050 can be added to the yeast propagator or to the fermenter at the beginning or middle of the fermentation.
Dosage: Typical dose is 1-2 ppm. Storage: Store in Cool and dry place on wooden pallet away from direct sunlight.

FERMICIDE- B1060

FERMICIDE- B1060 is a powerful biocide for use in molasses fermentation. It is effective against wide range of common bacterial contamination in fermentation.

Non-toxic to yeast at recommended dose.

Provide excellent control of bacterial contamination in molasses.

Fermentation at lower cost.

Prevents competition for glucose.

Application:FERMICIDE- B1060 Should be added during the fermentation phase of ethanol production.Normal dose is 10-20 ppm depending upon contamination. Consult us for determination of actual dosage for specific fermentation system.

FERMAPERSE

FERMAPERSE is a dispersant of high performance. It reduces the surface tension of the medium allowing the formation of foam with low resistance and therefore reduces the consumption of defoamer/ anti-foaming agent/ TRO.

Color: Yellowish.

Solubility: Dispersible in water

pH: 6.5 to 8.5
