Features:

Increases yield of alcohol.

Hydrolyzes non-fermentable compounds into fermentable component (sugar). This additional sugar is converted into additional alcohol by yeast.

Application:Dose should be split between pre-fermenter and at the beginning of the tank (fermenter) fill. Dosage:2-3 ppm. Storage:Store in cool and dry place on wodden pallet away from direct sunlight.
Packing:1 kg aluminum foil packs in 10 kg box.

INDOZYME- MS 1040

INDOZYME- MS 1040 is an enzyme for molasses storage tank. It is specially designed to be used for adding in molasses storage tank. It controls the microbial growth in the molasses during storage in addition to other benefits.

Controls microbial contamination.

Controls formation of polysaccharides.

Increases total reducing sugar during storage.

Reduces volatile acidity.

Application:15-25 gms per MT of molasses at around 40 degrees. It should be continuously mixed by circulation or agitation.
