INOSEF-DD

INOSEF-DD is the most versatile product to control foam from alcoholic fermentation(distillery). It is non-toxic and effective in all type of fermentation process like Fed Batch, Continuous Process & Bio-Still. It has highest value for money and there is substantial cost reduction for customer.
Specifications:

  • Appearance: Free flowing paste.
  • Color: Off White.
  • Solubility: Dispersible in water
  • pH: 6.5 to 8.5
    • Application: Prepare 20% solution of INOSEF-DD by adding 4 parts of ordinary tap water to 1 part of INOSEF-DD Defoamer [1:4] with proper mixing. Always add water to INOSEF-DD and not vice versa.
    Storage:Store in Cool and dry place on wooden pallet away from direct sunlight.
    Packing:200 kg MS/HDPE drums.

    INOSEF-DF 100

    INOSEF-DF 100 is a specific formulation that acts with extreme efficiency in the control of foam from alcoholic fermentation [distillery]. INOSEF-DF 100 has characteristics of non-toxicity and biodegradability, immediately providing decrease of the surface tension & inhibits formation of foam.
    Specifications:

  • Appearance: Free flowing liquid.
  • Color: Yellowish
  • Solubility: Dispersible in water
  • pH: 6.5 to 8.5
    • Application: Dilute INOSEF-DF 100 twenty times [1:20] with ordinary tap water and prepare 5% solution. Spray/add this dilute solution over a foaming media. This product works very efficiently for bio-still and other continuous fermentation processes.
    Storage:Store in cool and dry place on wooden pallet away from direct sunlight.
